val (valentin fritz), is an artist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, blending electronic music & live instrumentations. Somewhere between California's blue skies and the grey of european cities, val crafts songs equally inspired by sunshine and nightlife. His music has reached people all around the world, garnered hundreds of millions of streams, and has been featured in Netflix movies, commericals and retail stores around the globe. Influenced by the electronic SoundCloud scene of the 2010s, val released his debut track "Can't Let Go" while studying at Berklee College of Music. He's a co-founder and former member of Fiji Blue, releasing two EPs and completing two North American tours.

val released his latest solo record predator & prey in 2023. as he finished up his next record, he continues to DJ and throw his Hot Lemon Collective parties in both London and LA.
